Zucchini salad with carrots and lemon

Ingredients:

zucchini – 2 pcs.
young carrots – 1 pc.
red onion – 1 pc.
Lemon – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
cilantro – 1 small bunch
flower honey – 2 tbsp
cayenne pepper – 1 pinch
salt

Preparation:

Onions cut into half rings, carrots and zucchini – straws.

Zucchini and onions mixed with 0.5 tsp of salt and leave for 5-10 minutes. Wring out the excess liquid.

One clove of garlic finely chopped, the second cut in half. Cilantro, removing the tough stem ends, chop.

Grate lemon zest, 1 tablespoon measure Squeeze the juice, measure out 2 tablespoons

Beat until smooth rind and lemon juice with honey, chopped garlic, dill, cayenne pepper and salt.

Carrots, onions and zucchini stir and season. Before serving, chill a little and shift into a bowl, polished halves of garlic cloves.

Serve with fish, seafood or poultry.
