Zucchini Muffins with chocolate

Ingredients:

1 cup flour with a slide
3/4 cup sugar
120 g butter
70 g hazelnuts
2 eggs
1 large zucchini
50 g of dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
1 tsp baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar
Cocoa powder
salt

Preparation:

Zucchini rub on a small grater. Whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until thick fluffy mass. Add the vanilla, cinnamon, melted butter, ground nuts, grated chocolate and mix with a spatula. Lay also grated zucchini and stir again.
Sift flour with baking powder and add the pieces into the egg mixture, stirring carefully.

Oil the small muffin tins and fill them with batter about 2/3. Put in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25-30 minutes.
Ready-made muffins and place on grill cool. Before serving, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and cocoa.
