Wonderful mushrooms in a light marinade

Wonderful mushrooms in a light marinade

Ingredients:

500 gr of mushrooms
2-3 cloves of garlic
50 ml of 5% Apple cider vinegar
50 ml vegetable oil
1/4 Cup water
4-5 Bay leaves
2 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
10 peas of black pepper
dill

Preparation:

1. Wash mushrooms, large mushrooms cut into halves or quarters.

2. Garlic squeeze through the press.

3. In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil, put mushrooms, garlic, add water, vinegar, Bay leaf, sugar, salt and pepper.

4. Cover the pan with a lid and put on medium heat. After boiling lower the fire and simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Mushrooms to cool, sprinkle with finely chopped dill, transfer to a jar and refrigerate for 4 hours.
