Warm potato salad with salmon and spinach

Warm potato salad with salmon and spinach

Ingredients:

dill – 1 pc.
medium potatoes – 4 pcs.
mayonnaise
beam baby spinach – 1 pc.
lemon juice
small salmon steak – 1 pc.
salt, freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

Wash the spinach leaves. Dill wash and finely chop.

Salmon steak drizzle with olive oil and fry on both sides over high heat.

Separate fish fillets from the bones, cut into pieces randomly, better than average size.

Boil potatoes in their skins; clean until it has cooled down and cut into pieces randomly

Season with 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix.

Add slices of salmon to the potatoes, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and season with black pepper. Mix.

Add the spinach and fennel, season salad with mayonnaise, stir and quickly to the table until the salad is hot.
