Walnut salad with squid

Walnut salad with squid

Ingredients:

500 gr. squid (I got 3 things)
300 gr. fresh mushrooms
1 onion (optional)
70 gr. walnuts
100 gr. hard cheese
garlic clove
mayonnaise
salt
herbs for decoration

Preparation:

1. Squid clean from skin, throws in boiling lightly salted water. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Throws in a colander.
2. While squid cool, finely shinkuem onion, cut into slices mushrooms. Fry the onion and mushrooms until tender, add salt to taste.
3. Grind nuts (I use blender). Add half the mushrooms, half left for decoration.
4. RUB cheese on a small grater, add to the mushrooms.
5. The cooled squid cut into strips, add to salad.
6. Garlic RUB on a small grater, or squeezing through the press, mix with mayonnaise. Dressed salad.
7. Finish the salad, sprinkle the crushed nuts and decorate with greens.
