Walnut cake with condensed milk, you can also bake in slow cooker.

Ingredients:

Flour – 1 cup (220 mL)
Sugar – 50 g
Milk – 100 ml
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Boiled condensed milk – 1 can
Slaked soda – 1 tsp
Walnuts – 1 cup

Preparation:

In a bowl spread 2/3 cans of boiled condensed milk, break the eggs and add the sugar and whisk all mixer.

The resulting mixture add flour and soda slaked (or baking powder) and any mix.

In the resulting dough pour coarsely chopped walnuts. You can leave a little nuts for sprinkling on top. All thoroughly mixed.

Pour the dough and put in slow cooker on mode “Baking” by 65 minutes. And it is possible in oven at 180 ° C, for 40 minutes.

In the meantime, the remaining caramelized milk spread in a saucepan, pour the milk and heat up, leading to an even consistency.
