Vegetarian vegetable rolls

Ingredients:

Zucchini – 2 pcs
Red pepper – 1 pc. (Straws)
Carrots – 1 pc. (Straws)
Cucumber – 1 piece. (Straws)
Cream cheese

Preparation:

1. Use peelers cut into thin “ribbon” of zucchini.
2. On each put cream cheese.
3. At one end of the “ribbon” Put a little straw carrots, cucumbers and peppers.
4. Twist the rolls and pierce each skewer or toothpick.
