200 g broccoli
1 yellow sweet pepper
200 g of frozen corn kernels
3 cloves of garlic
20 g of raw peanuts
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
zucchini, medium size 1 PC.


From broccoli to remove almost all of the stem, disassemble the cabbage into small florets. Sweet pepper and zucchini cut into cubes of side 1.5 cm crush the Garlic.

In a wok or large frying pan heat the oil, add the garlic, 30 sec. add the broccoli, zucchini and pepper, pour 0.5 cups of water. Cook over high heat, stirring, until water is evaporated, about 4 min.

Chopped peanuts, pour into the wok along with the corn, pour in the soy sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.

Serve immediately.
