Vegetable soup with oat flakes

Vegetable soup with oat flakes


vegetable broth or bottled water – 1 liter
large carrot – 1 pc.
salt, freshly ground pink pepper
oat flakes – 100 g
lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Pitted prunes – 100 g
average green apple – 1 pc.
unrefined peanut oil – 2-3 tbsp


Prunes soak in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Fold in a colander and chop finely.

Carrots and apples clean, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Add the prunes, apple and carrot in a saucepan, add 5 tablespoons of water and cook over medium heat until tender, 10 minutes.

Oat flakes pour boiling broth or salted bottled water, boil for 7 minutes. Wipe with the broth through a fine sieve.

Add to the soup prepared prunes, apple and carrot, peanut oil, salt and pepper.

Stir, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
