Useful pumpkin candy


Dates (with bone) – 150g
Cashew – 100 g
Coconut – 2 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds – 1 tbsp
Pumpkin puree – 2 tbsp
Large oat flakes – 1/3 cup
Cinnamon – 1 tsp
ginger powder – 1/4 tsp
A pinch of nutmeg and ground allspice


Put all ingredients in a blender and grind until smooth (desired) consistency.

Cool the mass in a refrigerator (30-40 minutes) to form balls roll in the cocoa powder.

Store in refrigerator or freezer. candy such wonderful frozen – they only come to a few minutes at room temperature
