Turkey salad with rice

Turkey salad with rice

Ingredients:

450 g Turkey fillet
200 g cooked long-grain rice
1 small red onion
1 medium carrot
1 sweet red pepper
10 sprigs of cilantro
8 sprigs of mint
olive oil
salt, black pepper

For the filling:

juice of 2 limes
1 red chili pepper
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove of garlic

Preparation:

Turkey fillet cut into thin strips. Preheat in a pan the oil and fry the Turkey over a high heat until tender, 7 min. season with Salt and pepper.

Peel the onion and carrot, the pepper, remove seeds and partitions. Slice the onion thin half-rings, carrots and peppers into thin strips. Coarsely chop the mint leaves and cilantro.

Place in a salad bowl rice, Turkey, carrots, onion and pepper.

For the filling peel the garlic and finely chop.

Chili pepper cut into thin rings, if desired remove the seeds.

Mix the lime juice and sugar until dissolved, add fish sauce, chili and garlic. Dress the salad and mix.
