Turkey fillet with cheese sauce

Ingredients:

Blue cheese (with blue cheese) – 150 g

Cream 10-11% – 200 ml

turkey fillet – 600 g

Vegetable oil – 20 ml

Salt – ¼ tsp

Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp

Preparation:

Cheese smaller cut, put in a small saucepan and put on a small fire.
