Turkey drumstick with garlic and rosemary

Ingredients:

Turkey drumstick — 2 pieces
Garlic — 2 cloves
Fat sour cream — 5 tbsp
Rosemary — 3 sprigs
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste

Preparation:

Cooking time – 1 hour 30 minutes

Slice the garlic.

Wash and Pat dry with a paper towel Turkey drumsticks. Make deep incisions with a sharp knife and tarsi nashpiguyte garlic.

RUB well with salt and pepper.

Put in a baking dish or saucepan.

Pour over the top of the legs cream and remove 220ᵒС in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Wait until the top of the foot is well browned.

Flip and smear with cream the other side.

Put in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Next, put the meat, the rosemary, lightly drizzle again with cream and close the lid.

Reduce the heat to 180ᵒС and cook for about 1 hour until tender.
