Tomato rice with cheese


1 cup rice
3 tablespoons butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
50 g of cheese
salt and pepper


Pour the rice into a liter of boiling salted water. Simmer for 15 minutes until tender. Fold in a colander.

In a deep frying pan, heat the butter. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Add the rice to the pan and mix well again.

To achieve uniform color of rice in juicy orange color. Add the grated cheese and a little stir.

Season with salt and pepper.
