Tilapia fillet baked on a bed of leeks

suitable for any white fish fillet

Ingredients:

parsley leaves
stalk of leeks – 1 pc.
large sea salt – to taste
dry white wine – 50 ml
freshly ground pink pepper
cherry tomatoes – 6-8 pcs.
olive oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon – 0.5 pc.
tilapia fillets – 2 pcs.

Preparation:

Heat oven to 200 ° C.

Leek cut into rings of a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Put in a baking dish, add the olive oil and wine, season with salt and stir.

On top of a bed of leeks put fillets of tilapia, sprinkle it with lemon juice and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley leaves.

Cherry tomatoes a little prick with a fork so they do not burst, and put in the pan at the edges.

Put the pan in the oven on the lower level, cook 15 minutes.

Then, move the pan to medium and cook under the grill for 5 minutes.

To feed out onto a plate baked fillet on a bed of leeks and garnish with a few cherry tomatoes.
