Thick soup with zucchini and meatballs

You will need:
2 small zucchini
2 sweet peppers
4 potatoes (medium)
2 carrots
1-2 onions
a few cloves of garlic
3-4 tomatoes
1 tbsp. Spoon tomato paste
500g minced meat
a few slices of white bread
1 egg
salt, pepper, bay leaf, and others. spices to taste
greenery

Preparation:

Vegetables Wash, peel.

Zucchini cut into small cubes.

Carrots cut into slices (if large – half rings, or quarters)

Pepper cut into small cubes

Potatoes cut into cubes

Vegetables lightly fry in a stretch. oil.

Put the vegetables in a pan, pour 2-3 cups of water, cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes (see Do not overcook, as it will not taste good!)

Sauté the onion and garlic.

Add sliced ​​tomatoes and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste. Mix. Saute.

Add the tomato mass in the pot to the other vegetables. Season.

Bread soak, squeeze and mix with minced meat, egg, salt and pepper.

Make small meatballs and fry them on all sides.

Then put the meatballs in the soup and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and herbs.
