The protein cake with chicken breast

Ingredients:

Proteins – 10 pcs.
Yolks – 2 pcs.
Chicken breast – 1 pc.
Low-fat cottage cheese – 200 g
Greens – to taste
Lettuce leaves – to taste
Low-fat yogurt – ΒΌ cup low-fat yogurt
Salt and pepper – to taste

Preparation:

Mix the egg yolks and whites. In nonstick skillet pancake fry three eggs.

Separately, cook the breast, a little salt, pepper. Cut the breast into cubes.

Mix cottage cheese with fresh herbs and yogurt. We spread into a mold, first protein pancake on it – a layer of cheese, chicken, lettuce. Repeat layer.

Close all protein pancake. We leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for soaking.
