Tenerife salad

Ingredients:

pinch of ground nutmeg
peeled and boiled prawns – 250 g
juice of 1 orange
lettuce – 1 head
mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
freshly ground black pepper – to taste
hazelnuts – 50 g
bananas – 2 PCs.

Preparation:

Salad wash, dry and coarsely pick by hand. Banana peel and cut into circles of thickness 0.5 cm the chopped Nuts in a large crumb.

Arrange the salad in portioned bowls and top with the bananas and distribute the shrimp. Sprinkle with nuts.

Mix mayonnaise with orange juice, pour over salad. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
