Tender meat pigtails


pork fillet – 500 g
Onions – 1 head
Lemon – 1/2 pcs.
Mustard – 1 tsp..
Salt and pepper – to taste
for obvalivaniya Flour – 50 g
Vegetable oil for frying – 50 g


1. Pork fillet lightly beat off a hammer.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Incise fillet into three strips.
4. pigtail braid and hook with a toothpick.
5. Onion peel and cut into half rings.
6. Put in a bowl and mash that came out juice.
7. Add mustard to it and chopped half a lemon.
8. Mix the marinade and impose pigtails.
9. Let stand for 30-40 minutes.
10. Roll the braids in the flour.
11. Fry in a pan with hot oil on both sides until cooked.
12. Put on a paper towel to remove excess fat and remove the toothpicks.
13. Serve with any side dish or vegetables.
