Tender beef with sauce and mushrooms

Ingredients:

Lean beef 600g
Mushrooms 300 g (we champignons)
Onions 2 pcs.
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Natural yoghurt 2 tbsp
Skim Milk 200 ml
Thyme 2 sprigs
Mustard 1 tbsp

Preparation:

1. In a frying pan with high sides fry onions and mushrooms, 7 minutes.

2. Add the chopped meat cubes.

3. Fry all together for another 10 minutes Add the mustard, tomato paste and thyme leaves. Stir, pour half a cup of water and simmer until tender meat (about 30 minutes).

4. Add yogurt, milk, bring to a boil, season to taste and simmer another 5 minutes.

5. Serve with any side dish.
