Tender and flavorful vegetable dish

Ingredients:

4-6 potatoes,
2 young zucchini,
2 eggplants,
3-4 bell peppers,
3-5 tomatoes,
2-4 cloves of garlic,
500g sour cream
1 teaspoon salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Potatoes should be cut into small wedges and boil for 5 minutes in salted water.

Eggplant and zucchini also cut into slices, and peppers – julienne. Tomatoes can grate, cut into slices, garlic finely chop.

Then put in a deep form of potatoes, zucchini (salt), then eggplant (salt and pepper), pepper and sprinkle with garlic. Pour all sour cream and on top put tomato mass or tomato. Putting the pan in the oven for 25-35 minutes.

*If sour cream is very thick, you can dilute it with water.
