Tart with cheese and cherries


  • low-fat cottage cheese – 250 grams
  • Cherry frozen – 350 grams
  • Honey – 70 grams
  • Egg Protein – 110 g (3 pieces)
  • Oat Flakes – 200 grams
  • Water – 8 tablespoons


First you need to prepare basis.

To do this, grind oats in a coffee grinder. Mix them in a bowl with two egg whites and water.

We obtain an elastic dough. Leave it for 10 minutes so the oatmeal a bit swollen. Then put the dough in a baking dish, lightly greased with olive oil.

Gently flatten and form ledges. The basis for the whole perimeter pierce fork so that no bubbles, and send pre-heated to 175 C oven for 15 minutes.

While the base is baked, melt the honey.

This can be done, for example, in a microwave oven.

Frozen cherries mixed with half of honey. (If you are afraid that the cherries in baking will give a lot of juice, but it is likely to be the case, it is better to pre-thaw and gently squeeze it.)

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining honey with egg white and cheese. The finished base slightly cool, put on her cottage cheese, evenly distribute it.

Top neatly put cherries.

Put the tart in the oven, bake for about an hour.
