Summer crisp


300 g cherries
400 g strawberries
250 g blueberries
115 g fine sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
For the crumbs:

170 g flour
60 g hazelnuts
120 g butter
60 g fine sugar


Preheat the oven to 200°C. the Berries, wash, dry. From cherries to remove bone. Mix berries with sugar and starch. Put in a baking dish.

Place the flour and hazelnuts in a food processor. Chop till fine crumbs. Add the chopped small pieces of butter, continue to chop into a pulse mode until the mixture begins to resemble bread crumbs. Add the sugar and stir.

Sprinkle with crumbs fruit, press with a spatula. Put in a preheated 200°C oven for 25 minutes Then reduce the temperature to 190°C. Cook for another 15 min. Serve hot or warm.
