Ricotta – 200 g
Hard cheese – 6 slices
Grated tomatoes – 200 g
Onions (chopped) – ½ piece.
Garlic (chopped) – 1 clove
Cherry tomatoes (crushed) – 100 g
Salt, black pepper, herbs, olive oil

Calorie 100 g – 101 kcal


Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add pureed tomatoes and season.

Cook, stirring, until the desired consistency.

Liberally grease cap mushroom sauce.

Put the cheese, add the ricotta.

Spread on top of cherry tomatoes.

Bake at 190 ° C 15-25 minutes or until tender.

Garnish with herbs before serving.
