Stuffed eggs


20 hard boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
0.5 tsp mustard
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
4 tablespoons soft cheese
1 tablespoon grated carrots
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground walnuts
2 tsp curry powder
1 tablespoon milk
salt pepper


Eggs are cleaned and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and rub through a fine sieve, divided into 3 portions. Mix the mayonnaise, parsley, mustard and a third of the mass of yolk. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Half of cheese combine with carrots, 1 tsp lemon juice, nuts, and a second portion of yolks. Season with salt and pepper.

The remaining cheese mix with the remaining egg yolks, curry powder, 1 tsp lemon juice and milk into a homogeneous mass. Season with salt to taste.

Fill the prepared egg fillings. You can decorate with fresh herbs and vegetables in small pieces.
