Ingredients:

For boats:

Olive oil – 0, 25 cup
Grainy mustard – 1 tablespoon
Garlic – 1 clove
Bulb – pcs.
Chili flakes – to taste
Thyme – 5-6 sprigs
Lemon juice and zest – 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper – to taste
Ground cumin – to taste
Tofu – 1 package
Broccoli – 2 stalks
Avocado – 3 pieces.
Ripe Apricot – 1-2 pieces.

For the sauce:

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Lemon zest – 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard – 0, 5 tbsp
Maple Syrup – 1-2 tablespoons
Red onion – 1 pc.
Curry powder – to taste
Ground cumin – to taste
Salt and pepper – to taste
Tamari sauce – 0, 5 tsp
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Some water (depending on the desired thickness of sauce)

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, mustard, grated garlic, finely chopped onion, chili flakes, thyme, lemon juice, zest, salt, pepper and cumin.
2. Place the tofu cubes in a large dish, disassemble the broccoli into florets, add them to the tofu, pour the marinade and refrigerate for an hour.
3. For the sauce, mix the lemon juice, zest, mustard, maple syrup, chopped red onion, curry powder, cumin, water, salt, pepper, tamari sauce and olive oil. This whisk in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
4. Preheat the grill thoroughly, cut in half the avocado and remove the stone, brush cut butter, season with salt and pepper.
5. Grilled fry tofu and broccoli. Mash and mix in a bowl, to get small pieces, add chopped dried apricots. Then, on the grill, prepare avocado halves. Fry until browning, until there are typical bars.
6. Pour the mixture of tofu and broccoli in half an avocado, pour the sauce.
