Strawberry jelly with cream

Strawberry jelly with cream


strawberries – 400 g
milk – 450 ml
whipping cream – 300 ml
yolks – 8 pcs.
fine sugar – 150 g
Gelatin – 1.5 tbsp
Mint feed


Gelatin in 70 ml of milk for 15 minutes. The remaining milk is heated to boiling.

Yolks put in a saucepan with sugar and beat until white. Gradually pour the hot milk, continuing to whisk.

Put the pan on low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, pour the milk with gelatin, stir until dissolved. Allow to cool, 30 min., Stirring frequently.

Beat the very cold cream into stable foam, gently, spatula, stir in the cream.

In strawberry remove the stalk, cut into slices of fruit (small leave whole), add cream, mix well.

Arrange for the ice-cream bowls or glasses, tighten the film, in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Serve cold, garnished with mint.
