red peppers – 4 PCs.
peppers orange – 3 PCs.
capers – 2 tbsp
garlic – 2 cloves
fresh chopped parsley – 4 sprigs
olives – 20 PCs.
olive oil – 4 tbsp
green pepper – 1 PC.


Peppers wash, cut in half and remove the core. The flesh is cut into semicircles.

Garlic to clean, chop and fry in hot oil on medium heat 1 min. Add peppers, season with salt and pepper and stir. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Parsley wash, grind, mix with capers, black olives and add to the pan. Warm up 1 min. the Dish can be served cold.
