Spring salad


1/4 of head of iceberg lettuce
2 small tomato
1-2 avocado
1 small carrot
1/4 small head of cauliflower
20 g of leaves of corn
4 poached eggs
50 g pepper sauce
olive oil


Carrots and cauliflower cut into thin slices, the tomatoes into 4-6 parts.

Avocado quickly fry on the grill.

Iceberg lettuce mix with pepper sauce. Put in a deep dish.

The rest of the ingredients to put on top of salad. Drizzle with olive oil and lay poached eggs.
