Sponge cake with strawberries


6 eggs
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup flour
1kg – 1300g sour cream
1-1. 5 cups of sugar
2kg strawberry


Strawberries wash and lay out to dry.

Sour cream drain (from 1kg up to 1300g, depending on the diameter of the mold for baking).

6 PCs of eggs beat with 1 Cup sugar until the sugar is dissolved). Add 1 Cup of flour.

Oven preheated 170°C
