Spaghetti with vegetables and soy sauce

Spaghetti with vegetables and soy sauce

Ingredients:

Spaghetti — 300 g
Bulgarian pepper — 1 PC.
Mushrooms — 6 PCs.
Garlic — 2 cloves
Onion — 1 PC.
Soy sauce — 50 ml
Greens

Preparation:

1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until fully cooked.

2. Cut into slices mushrooms and bell pepper.

3. Finely cut the garlic and onion and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

4. Add sliced mushrooms, pepper and fry them with onions and garlic for 3-4 minutes.

5. When the mushrooms and peppers become soft, add the soy sauce.

6. We spread the spaghetti on a plate and mix with vegetables. Top sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
