Sour cream-cheese cake with prunes


sugar – 0.5 cups 0.5 cups
flour – 100 g
Sour cream, 20% fat – 250g
Pitted prunes – 200 g
grated chocolate – 50 g
gelatine – 10 g
Eggs – 3 pcs.
potato starch – 2 tbsp
baking powder – 1 tsp
soft cheese – 250 g


Soak gelatin in 0.25 cups of cold water. Prunes are put in a bowl, add 0.5 cups of warm water, to insist.

Beat eggs with sugar, add sifted with baking powder and starch flour, stir and pour into a round shape for baking.

Bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool without removing from the mold.

Get prunes, cut into small pieces. Infusion to filter, pour in the gelatin and heat in a water bath to completely dissolve the gelatin.

Whisk the sour cream with cottage cheese and sugar, add the gelatin and prunes.

Stir and put on the cake.

Refrigerate until complete solidification.

Before serving, remove from the mold and sprinkle with chocolate.
