Soup with rice and baked chicken

For 2 servings you need:

Chicken breast – 1 pc.
Chicken or vegetable broth – 1 liter
Rice – 100 g
Little carrots – 1 pc.
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Baked lemon and shallot

Preparation:

Boil the rice in broth until tender.

Carrots grate, fry in olive oil.

Add to the pan, cook for about 5 minutes.

The plates put slices of chicken, shallots and lemon, pour broth.
