Soup of red beans with wheat and nuts

Soup of red beans with wheat and nuts, in Armenian cuisine he called lobahashu. The truth about this name I learned only today. For the first time I tried this soup his grandmother and he called lobushorva.

But how could he not called soup was delicious and hearty, besides more and lean.

Ingredients:

2 – 2.5 l of water,

red beans (although I think that the color is not essential) – 100 g,

Wheat cereal -100 m,

Walnuts (peeled) – 100g,

onions – 1 head,

Salt to taste.

Preparation:

Beans to sort, wash and cook until soft. Add moved and washed wheat groats and cook until cooked grains and beans.

While cooked cereal, clean and finely chop the onion. In a small bowl with crushed onions, nuts, salt.

The resulting mixture fill soup. Writing a boil. Then cook ≈ 10 minutes on low heat. Soup is ready.
