Snack muffins feta and herbs

These savory muffins are well served with soups or meat and vegetable stew. And nice spread with butter or cream cheese, to add a slice of cheese such as Gouda semi and eat with a cup of tea.
Ingredients for 12 pieces:

1 large egg
60 ml of olive oil (sunflower oil can be used)
250ml drinking yoghurt (yogurt and sour cream is also suitable)
1/2 tsp salt
250 g flour
1/3 tsp soda
1.5 tsp baking powder
70 g feta cheese or
a small bunch of parsley (2 tablespoons in the form of cut pieces)
Dried peppers (optionally substituted by any other fillers)

Preparation:

Eggs, butter, yogurt and salt whisk, mix until smooth.
Add the flour sifted with baking powder and baking soda and knead the dough. Adding fillers – crumbled feta, finely chopped parsley and dried paprika.
Mix.
Spread on greased butter cups and put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake until dry matches, about 25-30 minutes. Time may vary depending on the characteristics of the particular oven.
Serve warm or completely cooled.
