Small pizza


Flour – 1.5 cups

Milk – 150 ml

Yeast dry – 1.5 tsp

Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

Ham – 250 g

Mushrooms – 150 g

Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.

Onion salad – 0.5 pc.

Mozzarella – 250 g

Tomato sauce – 5 tbsp

Provencal herbs – 0.5 tsp

Garlic – 1 clove

Salt and pepper – tsp 0.25

Sugar – 1 pinch


In the warm milk dissolve yeast. Leave on for 10 minutes. Then add the vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), salt (a pinch). Pour the flour and knead the dough elastic.

The dough is covered with a clean towel. Put in a warm place to grow until the filling is done.

Sauce. The tomato sauce is added Provence herbs, crushed garlic, vegetable oil (1 tablespoon). Salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Mix well.

Filling. Ham, mushrooms, red bell pepper and salad onions cut into small pieces. Mozzarella grate.

Working surface sprinkled with flour. Put the dough and roll it out into the formation. Wide cut cup mug. Coat of sauce. Put the filling and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

Pizza bake at 200 ° C for 10-12 minutes.
