Shrimp on skewers

Shrimp on skewers


vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
dill – 4 sprigs
salt – to taste
black ground pepper – to taste
fresh white bread crumbs – 0.5 Cup
garlic – 2 cloves
peeled tiger prawns – 16 PCs.


Put 4 wooden skewers in cold water for 15 min. Garlic peel and chop. Dill wash and chop. Mix in a bowl the bread crumbs with the garlic, dill, 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.

String each skewer with 4 shrimp.

Roll them in the mixture. Fry in the remaining oil for 2,5 min. on each side.
