Sandwich grilled cheese

Ingredients (2 sandwich):

4 slices soft toast bread
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp Mayonnaise [Can only be used only mustard or mayonnaise taste]
4 large slices of thin cuts (ham, cutting of turkey breast, or both, and other)
2 slices of good cheese melting of medium hardness (such as Emmental or Gruyere)
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter


All 4 slices of bread or lubricates mayonnaise or mustard.

On 2 slices put cutting.

On top of the cuts put cheese. (In the “double-decker” form between the ham and cheese put another slice of bread.)

Cover with the second slice of bread sandwiches.

Carefully trim the edges of sandwiches wavy blade (optional step, but they will look neater and better bread soaked with egg mixture.

Egg whisk lightly with milk and salt.

Sandwiches dipped in egg mixture and keep them there 30 seconds.

In a frying pan over medium heat, warm up the butter. Fry sandwiches for about two minutes on each side.

Overturn sandwiches neatly with two blades. After turning slightly “presses” sandwiches shovel above to better halves stuck together.

Remove sandwiches on board, waiting for a moment.

Carefully cut them into halves wavy triangular knife.

Serve as a main dish for lunch or dinner.
