Sandwich cake with smoked salmon and cream cheese.

Beautiful and incredibly tasty festive cake sandwich with crispy cucumber and smoked salmon, impregnated and decorated with whipped cream cheese.

Ingredients:

Wholegrain bread slice 4.
Soft cheese cream 340g
Red Onion 1 tbsp
Dill 3 tbsp
Capers, canned 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
pinch salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Smoked Salmon 200g
Cucumber 2 pcs.

Preparation:

Divide the cream cheese into two parts. Spread half of cheese in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the finely chopped onion and dill, a pinch of salt, capers and freshly ground pepper.

Thoroughly mix all.

Coat a slice of bread with cream cheese. Top with thinly sliced ​​salmon slices.

Top with thin slices of cucumber.

Repeat with the other layers of the same, except for the top slice of bread.
