Salmon salad with asparagus

Salmon salad with asparagus

Ingredients:

olive oil – 4 tbsp
salmon (fillets) – 200 g
bell pepper – 1 tsp
salt
coarse mustard – 1 tsp
Potatoes – 4 pcs.
Asparagus – 6 stalks
dry white wine – 1 tablespoon

Preparation:

Asparagus peel and boil for a couple of 10 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cut into 4 pieces and boil until tender. Leave the asparagus and potatoes in a warm place.

In pan heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and paprika and fry the fish fillets, for 3 minutes. from each side. Season with salt. Give the fish to cool slightly, then cut into small pieces. Mix with potatoes and asparagus.

Prepare the filling. Beat the mustard with the remaining oil, wine and salt and add to the salad and mix. Serve warm.
