Salmon baked with cheese.


salmon fillet – 1 kg
Onions – 1 pc
salt and pepper – to taste
mayonnaise – 1/3 cup
lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
grated hard cheese – 1/4 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup


Fish fillets check for the presence of bones and retrieve them when needed. Try to use for this recipe solid piece of salmon.

We spread the fish on the laid foil pan and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Above the fish fillets distribute thin rings of onion.

In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise with home passed through a press garlic and lemon juice. A thin layer of the surface coated with the onion sauce and abundant pillows fall asleep with grated cheese dish.

Put the fish for 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven, and then under the grill – for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
