Zucchini – 250g We take only the young fruit, 15-25 centimeters
Cucumber – 120 grams (small)
Carrots – 120 grams

Peanuts – 40 grams
Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons (or olive)
Vinegar – 2-2.5 tablespoons (rice)
Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1 tsp no slides
Tabasco – 1/3 tsp


To begin with, of course, wash vegetables, carrots cleaned.

Nuts are lightly fried, let cool and then chop finely not.

Very good, if you have a home grater for cutting thin strips. Otherwise it is necessary to do everything with his hands and a knife that will significantly increase the active cooking. In my case grater available, zucchini and carrots cut in half and shred into fine strips.

Cucumbers same way, but the entire length.

For the filling skip through the garlic press, add Tabasco, salt, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and vegetable (olive) oil, all good shake a fork or whisk until smooth.
