Salad with tongue, radish and sweet pepper

Simple and delicious salad. Do not like the language? Replace it with a boiled beef – will still be tasty, though a little easier in general.

Ingredients for 6 servings:

1 boiled beef tongue (raw 1kg like cooking – look here)
2 large sweet pepper
1 medium daikon (about 300 g)
200 g of salad mixture

For the filling:

120 g sour cream (4 tablespoons)
60 g of mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
2 tsp grainy mustard
1 grated garlic clove
salt to taste


1. pepper cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until crispy soft state. In the process of salt to taste.

2. Language and radish cut into cubes.

3. For the filling, mix all ingredients, salt to taste.

4. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add the dressing. Before the meal mix.
