Salad with squid and egg


Squids – 150g
Green onion
Cucumber – 2 pcs
Boiled breast – 200g
Green salad
Cheese – 150g
Eggs – 3 pcs
Radish and carrots to decorate




Squid will wash. Cook for 3 minutes in salted water with bay leaf. Do not overcook, or they will become tough. And you can put them into the water, bring to a boil, turn off and leave for 4-5 minutes.

We shall cut squid, cucumber and boiled breast strips.

Boil eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Cheese and proteins rub on a small grater.

We shall cut onions finely Green.

Now we lay out portions salad ingredients in layers:

1 layer – shredded lettuce or just expand
2 layer – green onions
3 layer – cucumber
4 layer – boiled breast
5 layer – mayonnaise
6 layer – Squid
7 layer – cheese and protein spread out in a circle

Decorate a salad of squid with egg butterflies and daisies from a radish, carrot and cucumber. Very tender and tasty salad turned out.
