Salad with roasted chicken and poached egg

One chicken, or a three-course dinner

Salad with roasted chicken, bacon and poached egg

Dish number 2

For 2 servings you need:

Chicken breast – 1 pc.
Bacon – 60 g
Salad – a few cups, number of your choice
Chicken Eggs – 2 pcs.
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper – to taste

Preparation:

Baked chicken breast cut into pieces. Bacon fry.

Mix with lettuce, on a plate.

Cook poached eggs, get a slotted spoon, put on a salad. Season to taste.

For the filling mix the oil, juice and mustard until smooth.

Season salad.
