Salad with pasta, smoked beef and vegetables

Salad with pasta, smoked beef and vegetables

Ingredients:

lettuce iceberg – 80 -100 g
pickled cucumber – 1 PC.
smoked beef or bacon – 200 g
yellow sweet pepper – 1 PC.
small fresh cucumber – 1 PC.
small boiled pasta “shells” – 2 cups
tomatoes – 2 PCs.
For the filling:

fine sea salt – to taste
vinegar 6% – 1 tbsp
homemade mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
sugar – 1/2 tsp
chilled sour cream – 3 tbsp
Dijon mustard – 2 tsp.

Preparation:

Tomatoes and peeled red pepper cut into cubes.

Finely chop fresh and pickled cucumber.

Lettuce leaves to cut or tear with hands. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and add boiled shells.

Dice the strips of smoked beef (or bacon). Heat a frying pan and fry without oil until Golden brown.

Add the dressing. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, season and mix.
