Salad with pasta, cheese and nuts


250 g of cheese Dor Blue
120 g peeled chopped walnuts
mixture of salad leaves (frieze, Lollo Rosso and lettuce)
For the filling:
olive oil “extra virgin” – 4 tbsp
2 tbsp walnut oil
250 grams of pasta
salt and pepper to taste
red wine vinegar – 2 tbsp


Boil the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water to the state of “al dente”, recline in a colander, rinse with cold water and dry.

Put the nuts on a baking sheet, put under the grill for 1-2 min., Remove and allow to cool. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Whisk all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

Lettuce big pick, put in a large bowl, lay out in the middle of the “shell”, to pour on them crumbled cheese. Drizzle with salad dressing, sprinkle with nuts, mix and arrange on plates. Serve immediately.

The taste of this salad can be made milder by replacing Dorblu Adygei cheese and vinegar – lemon juice.
