Salad with ham with poached eggs and croutons

Salad with ham with poached eggs and croutons

Ingredients:

ham in one piece – 400 g
olive oil – 5 tbsp
lettuce or iceberg lettuce – cabbage
white bread without crust – 4 slices
salt vkwsc
white wine vinegar – 2 tbsp
egg – 2 PCs.
mustard – 1 tbsp

Preparation:

To prepare the dressing. With a whisk beat together the mustard, 1 tbsp vinegar, a pinch of salt, 3 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp of boiled water.

To prepare the croutons. Slice the bread in small cubes.

In a pan fry the bread cubes in remaining oil until Golden brown.

To cook poached eggs. Boil water with vinegar. Carefully break eggs and pour them one by one into the water, cook 3 minutes Remove eggs with a slotted spoon and dry on kitchen towel.

Salad disassemble the leaves, wash and dry. Mix with 2 tbsp filling. Spread on 2 plates.

Cut the ham into cubes of side 1.5 cm to add to the salad along with the croutons. Top each bowl put 1 egg. Pour remaining dressing.
