Salad – 1 bunch

Cherry tomatoes (small tomatoes or other varieties, diced)

Onions – 1 pc.

Canned corn

Bread (on toast)

Bacon – to taste

Vegetable oil – optional

Chicken liver – 6-8 pcs.

Vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.

For the filling:

Olive oil – 4 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Garlic – 2 cloves

Salt – to taste

Pepper – to taste

Spices – to taste


Onion cut feathers, put on a hot frying pan and fry at maximum heat until until onion is translucent. Then add vinegar and fry for another minute. Constantly stir. Add salt and sugar to taste. Give the onions cool slightly. At this time, proceed to the salad dressing.
