Salad with chicken liver and bell pepper

Salad with chicken liver and bell pepper

Ingredients:

Onions – 1 medium onion
Chicken Liver – 200 g
Carrots – 2 pcs. medium size
salt – to taste
butter – 3 tbsp
red bell pepper – 1 pc.

Preparation:

Liver wash. Carrots are cleaned, cut into thin strips. Onions cleaned, cut into half rings. Wash peppers, remove seeds and cut into rings.

In a frying pan heat the oil, put the liver and fry on all sides for 2 minutes.

Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Fry together, stirring for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve warm.
